He is an electrifying orator who appeals to the basest greed of the electorate by mouthing empty slogans in well rehearsed cadences, so reminiscent of another brilliant speaker who almost seven decades ago started WWII. That other one also delivered emotional platitudes about bringing deliverance, inspiring hope, and effecting change for the masses by smashing the elites. Instead, he brought nothing but devastation and defeat! His government promptly destroyed or incarcerated the opposition, shut down all media outlets that refused to toe the line and was the cause of 50,000,000 deaths in Europe (including thousands of American GIs). In all fairness NOT EVEN FOR A SECOND, gentle reader, AM I IMPLYING THAT the good Senator from Illinois is - IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM - the 21st century equivalent of Adolf H. NOT AT ALL! HE ISN’T!! LET ME REPEAT THAT: HE ISN’T!!! I am only drawing the analogy to show that the same mob mentality that drove Hitler’s supporters, the same sheeple attitude that brought that monster to power is also fueling the fanatical Obama supporters.
The fact remains, that once we peel away the emotions, the empty words, all that remains is… nothingness. Obama’s supporters are unable to attack Senator McCain’s record of valor, his unassailable political experience and unabashed bipartisanship. Instead, they act as if their man is running against Governor Sarah Palin, not only does this highlight their desperation, not only does it emphasize their hypocrisy, but by resorting to outright lies and despicable innuendos, their actions unwittingly show the glaring lack of qualifications and dangerous character of their very own candidate. Watch this encounter between an obvious pro Obama reporter and former Speaker of the House of Representatives Newt Gingrich:
You notice how, when prompted to point out even one of Obama’s accomplishments, reporter Ron Allen abruptly ends the interview?!?!?!? Whenever you ask an Obama supporter why he supports the good Senator, the only answer given include merely these words: hope, change, he inspires. I can think of countless preachers and Rabbis who inspire their congregants with their words and exemplary lives and yet not a single one is qualified for the presidency, nor do even remotely believe they are! Charisma, great speaking and writing abilities are nice but these attributes by themselves, do not a President make.
Now let us examine good Senator Obama’s record of accomplishments…
a) He claimed to have been a Professor of Constitutional Law… he wasn’t!
b) In speeches in this country and in Europe, he took credit for legislation he had nothing to do with!
c) His own constituents in Chicago refer to him in far less than glowing terms. In fact, they feel betrayed and used!
d) As US Senator he amassed a record 139 “Present” votes on the 143 days he actually bothered to attend the Senate sessions.
e) As Bill Clinton said last week, he does ask “What Do I do?” While I expect whoever is President to discuss as much as possible with his/her advisers, he or she must also have some ideas of his or her own… Bill Clinton implied the good Senator HAS NONE!!! I take that back, in all fairness, the junior Senator from Illinois knows exactly how to get us out of the oil crisis:
f) His associates have included self confessed, self congratulating home terrorists (Ayers and Dorn), apologists and activists for Hamas (Khalidi), convicted embezzlers (Rezko), virulent haters of the white majority and spewers of venom at this country (Wright) to name but a few. Frankly, he would never pass the FBI’s security test to become one of their agents.Can anyone in their right mind, anyone who has not swallowed heavy doses of Koolaid believe that such a personage can actually make a good President?!?!?
g) Senator Biden, Obama’s running mate, already said that the good Senator from Illinois is not ready for the Presidency. Both he and Hillary Clinton have stressed that the Presidency of the United States does not lend itself to on-the-job training. Biden even spoke in glowing terms of Senator McCain’s readiness and accomplishments before Joe himself was drafted by Obama.
I have yet to find an Obama supporter who can list one real accomplishment, by their candidate, that actually benefited his constituency. NONE CAN CITE EVEN A SINGLE FACT! I can only conclude that mesmerized by the Pied Piper of Hamelin, they are willingly or unwillingly being led to their doom. Unfortunately, should the good junior Senator from Illinois become the next President the country may take decades to recover!
